You can cancel your ClyraWeb Pro or Team subscription at any time. To cancel:
Once canceled, your plan will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or annual). Your account will not be billed again, and no further automated renewal charges will occur.
Plan Subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with our service, you are eligible for a 100% full refund on your initial subscription payment within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
AI Credit Packs: Unused credit packs are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have already been consumed for AI generation and cloud compute instances are non-refundable due to non-recoverable third-party server costs.
Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan after the initial 7-day period, a pro-rated refund may be granted upon manual review based on the unused full months remaining.

Once your refund request is received and verified, we will initiate the refund via our payment gateway (Razorpay).
The refund amount will be credited back directly to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Netbanking, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your issuing bank's settlement schedule.
